KINGSNAKE COLUBRIDS

Welcome to Kingsnake Colubrids, the website to provide a listing of what we have within our small breeding project and what's available.

We really love our colubrid snakes here and whilst we are equally fascinated by small snakes or big ones, we have a passion for keeping and studying the larger colubrids. 

Keeping and breeding such snakes really began with my False Water Cobras and our original pair reproduce most years.

We are based in the midlands; courier service is an option and we can recommend if needed.

TRADE DISCOUNTS OFTEN AVAILABLE ON MULTIPLES

The stocklist is actual hatchlings available now or eggs running in the incubators. Please be advised we only hold snakes back if a deposit of 20% is paid and of course this deposit is NON REFUNDABLE for any reason, so make sure you're sure before deciding to aquire any of our snakes. We do not take deposits for snakes we dont actually have hatched but you can email us via the contact page to go onto the waiting list for that species, upon hatching we will contact you to see if you are still interested.

OUR HATCHLING CARE:

We used to keep our hatchling snakes on kitchen paper but have now changed to a uniform set-up for almost all species we produce. They are housed individually in shoebox type plastic boxes, a damp coir substrate deep enough to burrow in, square of damp proof membrane as a hide / feeding station and a small water bowl. Our room is space heated to between 25c and 28c and the hatchlings are placed on a shelf stack with heat mats at one end of the tubs set to 30c.

All of the above means our snakes feel secure, feed well, don't dessicate and can thermo-regulate to suit.

Nowadays due to the volume of theiving scumbags within the UK our collection is kept off site within a friend's property so if you wish to see more photos/video of any prospective purchase please simply ask via the contact page; but we are busy!
